在空调及采暖系统中,作为输配能量的水循环系统的水力平衡是非常重要的。一个平衡的水力系统是满足用户需求、节约运行能耗的基础。 在空调及采暖系统中,冷(热)媒由闭式管路系统输配到各用户。对于一个设计优良的管网系统,各用户在末端控制阀(电控阀、温控阀等)的开度为100%时应该均能获得设计水量,而各用户在末端控制阀的开度改变时既可得到所需的流量又互不干扰。这样的水系统是一个水力平衡的系统,否则就是水力不平衡系统,水力不平衡又称水力失调。 水力失调一般分为静态失调和动态失调两种。所谓静态失调又称为稳态失调。即系统中,各用户在设计状态下,实际流量与设计流量不符。这种水力失调是根本性的,如不加以解决,影响始终存在。对于定流量系统,这种失调现象可用静态平衡阀或动态平衡阀来解决,区别在于前者需用仪表进行调节,而后者不需要。所谓动态失调又称为稳定性失调。即系统中,当一些用户的水流量改变(关闭或调节)时,会引起系统的阻力分布发生变化,从而导致其他用户的流量随着改变。这种水力失调是随机变化的、动态的。这种失调现象静态平衡阀无法解决,只能用动态平衡阀来解决。
